A founder may hold only one suite in their lifetime; no parallel or repeat covenants under different entities.

Every engagement is treated as a cosmic covenant: a sacred agreement to design future reality, not a casual service contract.
If a nation‑suite pairing is sealed (any suite, any tier), no other suite can be issued for that nation or that founder, preserving rarity and lineage.

14-day cooling-off: Full refund request post-initial payment, no questions asked.
3 - Exclusivity Covenant

3 - Consequences of Breach
Material Breach: Immediate termination rights; non-breaching party retains completed deliverables' fair market value (independent valuation if disputed).

IP Handling: Pre-final payment, ThothLoki retains ownership of all phases; post-assignment, irrevocable transfer survives termination.
